Not removing OLD paid loan from credit record

This is the second time I’m writing here. I have requested for a temp loan that was taken and paid back in 2018 to be removed from my credit record as it’s affecting me. I received a call from FNB and told it would be removed from my record within 10 working days and it’s now almost a month since that call. What else must be done for this to be resolved? FNB is such a frustrating bank to deal with
