Not reliable

I deposited funds from my FNB bank account to my forex account and it went through however did not reflect on forex side. I contacted my forex broker that informed me that the money did not go through because of poor internet it shows on their side. My question is why would my money go and not be reflected,your urgent assistance will be highly appreciated.
