Not releasing my salary payment

My employer paid a portion of my salary on Friday the 27th of October 2017 from their FNB account to my ABSA account as an immediate payment, along with two other expense payments. The salary portion amount was for almost R10 000 and has went off the company bank account but the funds have not arrived in my account, but I received the expense payments . I have spent hours with ABSA who have advised me that this has happened before and that FNB needs to release the money from their GL account where it's stuck into my account. My employer got in contact with FNB but now FNB is passing the buck and pointing the finger to ABSA.

FNB, you are a bank for heaven's sake. You are supposed to have measures in place to prevent this from happening.

I need that portion of my salary and I expect you to resolve this matter in the next three working days. I will take legal action against you and hold you accountable for payments I can not make due to this and for any damages to my credit record.
