Not recommending fnb fiduciary

I would not recommend fnb fiduciary to be part of anyone's estate planning. The communication from the estate administrators are slow. My late father's estate has been going on since 2019. I try to call the relevant personnel with no success and when I ask for a mistake to be made clear to me, my question get ignored.
