Not receiving money back from a *******!

I am disguated in FNBs service especially the ***** department!

I was involved in a smash and grab two months ago and the ******s stole my bank cards and managed to draw money out of my account.

It's been two months and I still haven't been allocated the funds. Every time I phone the FNB ***** department I am hold for over two hours and once I get through to someone the response is your case hasn't been updated and they put the phone down on me. I've asked on the fnb helpdesk and get the same response the service shocking and I am disappointed in FNB.
