Not Receiving incontact messages via SMS

<p>I have not being receiving SMS incontact notifications on my business account since the first week of October. I have been following up weekly and have not received any concrete feedback regarding the cause of the problem nor a commited resolution time. The lack or this functionlaity has had a severe impact on my business. I have followed all the correct channels and logging the fault and escalating but have been passed from pillar to post with ridiculous and contradictory feedback. What once was a sought after brand has been heavily reduced to an ***********, pathetic attempt of service. I am still waiting for a call from an senior manager and IT resource with half a brain to assist with resolution of my problem caused by FNB systems which they themselves don't know the cause of nor how to resolve.</p>
