Not reachable

I transferred money from my account to my money market account with Allan Gray. I received notification that the transfer was successful and yet no funds were received by Allan Gray. I tried to call FNB and I cannot get through to someone (i.e. they won't answer calls) even though I was successfully verified. I will have no option but to go to the branch in person during my working hours if I hope for a resolution. This is so inconvenient
