Not processing instructions

I went to FNB Bryanston on Wednesday and were informed that they are offline and will not be able to assist. Knowing that things like this happens, I accepted it, and went back to FNB yesterday just after 12hoo. I had to return some debit orders that although I have paid the suppliers my account was still debited. we completed the relevant forms and Bridget told me that the funds will be back in my account by 17h30. It is now 08h22 the next morning and still no funds. This is now the 3rd time this year that, the Bryanston Branch does not action requests/instructions as per their commitments. I need this back in my account by 10h30 this morning
