Not possible running business

It is impossible to do business with this bank! They block business and private cards without warning the client. They block business accounts and there is no response from them. At first they don’t know why they blocked it, but then it turns out they need a affidavit stating my salary. So ask the client directly, emails and telephones have existed for many years. I'm only find out about it after 2 hours and communication with several bank employees. In 17 years of working with other banks, I have never submitted such papers with other SA banks, only FNB creates problems for clients.
