Not only First national Bank is ******, they are also a bunch of ******

Not only I heard rumors about this particular bank being ****** and ************** against black consumers when it comes to home loan financing. I'd like to also let the whole world know that this bank works with ********* who debit people's accounts ********ly and they make money out of it. For a very long time I have been querying unknown debit orders with no help from the bank. Instead I get charged a R100 for a stupid R220 debit that goes off and later bounces because FNB is making money from me. I'll escalate my complaint to the bank ombuds as this is very unfair. Last week Friday I received a call from the bank raiding me for this unpaid debit. I raised my complaint to the lady who called me, she then checked on her side and couldn't give me an answer. She then promised to call me and she did not. GUILTY AS CHARGED FNB.
