Not my business

I have been receiving post for a business that has been registered under my residential address, I have been living in my property for almost 2 years and by the looks of the information the business has been registered 2 months ago, I tried making fnb aware of this as I do not want such information coming to my address let alone having it registered to a business that I have no knowledge about..upon calling fnbs Complaints department a young lady answered I explained what is happening and was then rudley placed on hold without any explanation... I was on hold for about 15 mins before having to drop the line ...also when dialing the fnb number *** it has a message coming up that is does not exist which makes the situation so much more uncomfortable for me
