Not living according their own slogan

I thought i should waste my time again so i dont get response from this company, i have been awaiting outcome of my complaint since februaty the 17th till to date i have not received a call or an sms to keep me at easy, second ***** happened in my account and HOW CAN WE HELP YOU have not resolved my complaint, or maybe they working with this ********? All i am going to get is an email with ref number saying they busy with my query but that time i gave the incorrect ID no.

Are you guys incapable of assisting your customers?
