Not listening
I have a loan with FNB that I've been paying every month - but in Oct'15 I've been retrenched. I tried to get another employment asap but have been struggling...

I emailed FNB to ask them just to place my debit orders on hold till March'16 as I hoped that I will be employed by then...

The response NO! Now you are trying to deduct money from my bank account - and to my dismay I must say I had debit orders going at a rate of knots against my bank account

At this rate you are owing me a premium..... I would like to know how do you expect me to pay if I currently DO NOT have income...AND I am not running away. I have tried to communicate but apparently on to a deaf company...

So if you have the time to try and listing - let me start again - I am unemployed and currently DO NOT have any income, please stop trying to take debit orders from a bank account that is already in a HUGE Minus thanks to you!!!!
