Not keeping promise

I had to leave the bank because every month there was a problem with my monthly installment on my personal loan. I kept calling the bank , all the consultants I spoke to kept telling me that they were escalating the matter with their team leaders and they will call back.

To date the matter is still not sorted and my account is going on arrears and no one has called me back in the past two months I've been calling the bank trying to resolve the problem. I ended up changing the bank because I was not getting help.
