Not Keen to bank with FNB

I went to FNB Diepkloof Square to be assisted with my account. The was a transaction that was goung off my account that I didn't know anything about. They were bo funds in my account it kept on charging me extra R8 because of the rejection. When I explained to the consultant who was assisting me she said there id nothing she can do. I should just change my card at a cost of R150. wI advised that I can't pay that amount. She dialled customer service for me. I couldn't get help i continuously got a cut off the lady didn't care either. I requested for a manager I was told there is no manager on duty,the lady told me that even if there was a manager he won't assist either its my problem because I subscribed to what ever. The other option is to buy a card ftom pnp for R75. If the consultant can't help or give clear explanation why do I want to bank with such a bank.
