recently FNB offer me a Private Clients Credit Car account, I've been a private clients cheque account holder for a while now. even though the cost of these account are higher the benefits are awesome. lately I've been revamping my house and when the offer came along for extra credit i took it. but this was not a extra credit card it was an upgrade of my platinum credit card that didn't happen straight away and i was not aware of this so i started to use some of the funds in both credit card accounts suddenly FNB decided to merged the accounts and now i have a ?ver the limit credit card account. and not i start to get sms'se demanding payment. I feel that I was not properly informed about this and cannot pay that amount right now. i suggest FNB increase my limit to R10000 since this was clearly not my fault FNB should've closed the Platinum account when the upgrade was done.<br> <br> thank-you
