NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL WITH FNB AT ALL

I have been having an issue with FNB that has been on-going since Dec 2014, My account was frozen by Fadilar because I made a scheduled payment (which is a product of fnb) and she CLEARLY didn't know about it. She NEVER communicated with me when she froze my acc due to suspected ***** \she said , which resulted in my salary not coming through, debit orders stopped and all my expected payments. <br> My life literally stopped due to this, and the arrears on my fnb account kept on going up. I have been fighting with fnb consultants to sort this out as there is still a freeze on my account because of some investigation that they are doing? Really? like Im some kind of ********.<br> Now FNB wants me to me pay for these arrears which are mainly because of their incompetence that it came to that, THEREFORE I WANT FNB TO RESOVLVE THIS MATTER WITHIN 7 DAYS or I am really taking this matter to my lawyers."
