not impressed

i have been busy with fnb since 8 am trying to get a credit switch sorted I keep getting put through to the wrong department. I finalized the switch on Tuesday and have been waiting for the money. Then today I get a message to say provide payslips I have never needed to provide payslips on any loans.You have my bank accout it says when i get paid by who and how much
