Not impressed

Good day, there were *****ulent activities on my account that I reported last year in Aug already, i was told there will be investigations till today i heard nothing and i specifically asked the lady I spoke to to close this account as I would move to alternative bank. The account was seemingly not closed nor have I received any feedback.now money was deposited in that account and FNB deducted my money, I need that money refunded.
