Not impressed

App**** for covid 19 support for my credit card on the app .sent all documents as requested .today i recieve an sms asking for payment .have tried twice on the chats for covid relief .zero answers .my card was blocked for some or other reason as well spoke to a lady on the phone at ***** division she never got back to me .that was weeks ago .not impressed with the service .when you try chat on the app the consultant just doesnt answer you as well
