NOT IMPORTANT ENOUGH

I app**** for a personal loan on the 2 March 2022. Friday 4th March 2022 I called because I had not received any communication whatsoever. I was told to send in my ID as well as 3 months bank statement, since my salary goes into a different bank account. I did likewise and sent them to spenddocs email address. On Tuesday 08 March 2022 I called in again and was told that my salary was not updated and therefore the application was declined. After being transferred from one person to another, I was told to reapply. The lady that assisted me the last time (I forgot her name) told me she will escalate the matter since she could see my bank statement on the system, however the information was not updated. Today is Friday 11th March and none of the information has been updated. Nothing is being done. I tried calling her the entire morning Even, but could only reach her at 14:00. Even though she escalated it, I have a feeling that next week I will be ed the same thing I was to this entire week.
