Not honoring agreement
I am sad to say this as I used to have a wonderful relationship here. I agreed to downsize my overdraft as it was beneficial to me which was to be for 3 months when I looked they had double the amount and continued to take it off for longer than the stipulated 3 months. This has now put me in a predicament as it cut into my budget. Do not trust fnb they do not honour their word.
