Not helpfull

<p>My wife had a temporary loan at FNB and the loan was setteled. When trying to get a loan it get rejected on the affordability prophile. When ivestigating we found that FNB listed the loan as a monthly debt to FNB and this courses the affordability problem. We asked for help on the website and we where refered to the Temp loan department.
