Not helpful I’m changing debit order date.

Tried to get my debit order date changed as I was retrenched and now consulting for other clients directly. Being able to only invoice them on the 30th. Refused to change my date because I need a letter from HR proving my salary is the 1st. I’m not a salaried employee. I was retrenched! I’m just trying to make a living but FNB refuse to help me with that. The agent’s name was Makwetle and was incredibly rude when I tried to explain that I can’t get an HR letter if I’m consulting for other businesses. And when I expressed that they and FNB were not helpful, they ended the chat leaving me with nothing in terms of feedback.
