Not helpful

I dont know how many times i should complain about my account ? After blocking my account they sent me a mail saying all is in order but the account is still blocked. I have used this account for 7years but the treatment i get is bad. Today i got another mail saying i should take my permit to DHA , for what? because i have an issues invoice from VFS. Please FNB Bank since you do not want to help me with my account, please can i have my money back that is in the account them you can gladly block the account for good. Please today
