NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE
I went to the Protea Gardens branch on the 29/06/2024 and adv the agent that i have lost my phone and that she updates the new number and link to the cellphone banking as i dont have a card.
Only to notice that she di not link the number to my new cellphone number. I am not happy with the service at FNB Protea Gardens
It is one of the reasons why i wanted to close my bank account.
The service there is something else i want to make transactions now and cannot because of her stupid error she kept talking about her being ******.
I am so upset with this nonsense i wonder why does FNB hire such people
