NOT HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME

Incident no. *** I'm really disappointed in how the matter was handled, yes I should've been more vigilant, but I didn't. But my problem is that Capitec warned his clients if they wanted to make a payment that the account is *****ulent, but I though FNB's security is really outstanding, but it wasn't & now you just send me a mail & pull up your shoulders & say that the money is all gone.
