Not happy with the agents

I am soo ****ed at how these agents are soo inconsiderate of clients 😑it seems like they forget that we call with our own airtime, all they care about is their knock off time, I called 2 times and my calls were dropped and no one even bothered to call me back, what kind of service is this or they are told not to take calls when it is almost 5 or to hang up on clients
