Not happy with service received

This is a follow up on previous review : Not happy with the response that are giving me. they are telling me that I'm not covered for defamation. this was not disclosed to me when i took the policy. even when i called they said i have a case for defamation but now they are saying we are not covered for this. when was this ever disclose to me? when i took the policy no one told me that i won't be covered for such things. claim no -
