Not happy with Ladysmith FNB branch

I am really not happy with FNB I went to FNB LADYSMITH BRANCH to print out the bank statement for 2013 I bought a house and the slip is now blank and the lawyer is dead. The family of the owner wants a house back I really need a statement for me to use as a proof in court.
