Not happy with funeral cover

I signed up for funeral cover the lady who was assisting me said i will only pay from October, and I will be covered still they are busy deducting monthly premiums asking me for proof that i will qualify for the special she did not send me an email when she said I will qualify for the special so she was doing that for sale purposes not impressed at all
