not happy with ***** department

I have lost all faith in FNB. My account was hacked, no notifications or any thing like that was received on my side to say that R1293.06 was being taken for google ads......... I don't even have an overdraft account but you let it go off and laving me with a balance of -R942.00 I can not understand this at all as i did NOT have an overdraft account. I called in to block the card, and i get told that it takes 7-14 working days for an "investigator" to look into it.

My partner had the same problem and he banks at capitec, within 5 working days they paid the monies ****** from his account back to him. Why must i wait so long to have my monies paid back to me?
