Not happy with FNB they cannot solve a clients problems due to red tape

I did an EFT from my bank account to Capitek account. I selected pay and clear. When I went to Capitek, the funds were not in the account. I phoned your enquiries, and they could not assist me. I went from one department to another. I eventually got through to Online Banking. They informed me the system did not pay and clear and that the EFT went through normally. Now I would have to wait for 72 Hours, as the consultant said there is nothing the bank can do. In fact she was quite abrupt with me.

I find this unacceptable, that due to your system failing that I must be inconvenienced. This is my bonus which I needed to pay for vacation deposit or I lose the place I booked. Surely in the bank, someone senior can override a system and clear these funds, after all the bank charges me anyway for the clearance.

Does not say much for your slogan “How can we Help you”

Also I copied Premier banking into the complaint I sent them. No reply back. So much for this banking department as well. FNB, please stop your adverts about your Premier banking service!
