NOT HAPPY WITH FNB i tried to call Fnb head office still no luck. the

Good day I Made cash deposit using ATM machine at FNB IN Vereeniging on the 20.07.2020. the ATM took the money and gave me the slip saying cash deposit Unsuccessful.I went in to the branch and explained to them what happened .The lady who was helping me told me that it is going to take 7 working days before they resolve my issue because the is a lot of people who needs help. she filled up the form and said i must wait for SMS . I waited for the sms for more than 7 days .no sms no nothing till today. I went to the branch again the same lady who was helping me said she think the person i was sending the money maybe they already received the money . i asked her if they already received the money please give me the proof of deposit slip for me to show them that I've already paid the money .She said she will send the email I dont know to WHO , I have to wait for the SMS AGAIN which i dont know for how long because i'm still waiting for the 1st sms.I'm still waiting till today no sms no proof of deposit slip no money no nothing from FNB. I need the proof of depost slip for me to take to the person im paying the money for him to give me whats mine . Fnb services is very bad.
