NOT HAPPY WITH FNB

Im not a happy FNB customer, there was a ***** case opened against my account (I have no idea for what). I was told Beverly Nukeri is the investigator. The ***** department cannot tell me what the ***** case is for, only Beverly. I asked for Beverly to phone me, its now exactly 15 days later and still nothing. They then gave me her E-mail adress but it came back as not delivered. So is Beverly real? Now my account is on hold and no one except Beverly which is not phoning me can update me. I have had it with FNB. I want to close all my accounts as well as my buisiness accounts with FNB. Give Beverly a big thanks.
