Not happy with FNB debit my account while the account has been handed over
I have a personal loan with FNB that is in arrears. On the 18 June 2021 I received a call that my account has been handed over to GLA Swordish Debtors and i have to make payment arrangment. I made payment arrangments for the end of June 2021 of the amount of R1500.00 and at the end of June 2021 I made that paymetn to the bank account number that was given to me.
Yesterday FNb debit an amount of R2 265.38 from the personal loan again. If the loan has been handed over why is FNB debiting my account again cause i have paid R1500 already. I am struggling to pay the instalmant for my loannot FNB have taken R3 765.35 in total.
If there were still going to continue debiting my account then why was i handed over and i gave i could have made an arrangement to pay R500 towards the arrears not R1500.000
Can someone please try and resolve this ASAP.

When i thought this matter was resolved and the money will be paid into my bank account in 3-5 working days. Again FBN have debited another amount of R2 265.38 from my account. Now i view this as *****, the fact that I bank with FNB it does not give FNB the rights to debit my account whenever they feel like.
Can i get some assistance PLEASE.
