Not happy with Fnb Bank
Good day, My name is Nonhlanhla Maja, I have a bad experience regarding FNB, I called them to arrange for me to down grade from cheque account to an easy account because I have been paying way more, what I know is that my monthly fee is R110 but now every month my account becomes on munus R600 and I dnt know why. this Tuesday when I got paid it was on Munus R600 and then this morning I got another payment and they deducted R350 I also dnt know why. I called them and they failed to help me. please assist.

14 Dec 2020, 10:48The problem hasn't been resolved, I had another issue yesterday someone deposited R2000 on my account and I got R1400, this is unacceptable, can I atleast get a clarification on what's going on cause this is too much.
