Not happy with fnb

I am not happy with fnb at the moment. Whe I lodged a complaint via email to fnb about loans made without my permission as wel the activating of a credit card. They sent an email stating that would contact within the next 24-48 hours. A nother email was send asking them to contact me now they say they wil contact me within 3 days.I would like answers from fnb
