Not happy with Ebucks Travel

I wrote the following review recently "Bought an international ticket through ebucks travel as you get a discount. It seems ebucks takes the saver option on emirates flights and u cant upgrade or select seats (for free). Definitely wont be using ebucks travel again." Ebucks called after this review was posted and the gentleman was nice about it. He indicated that flexi saver tickets are available with Ebucks and I notified him that this was not made aware to us when we called the Ebucks consultant when booking our tickets. I did ask if our seats can be refunded to us due the what has happened. He mentioned he will find out and get back to us and he did not get back to us on this. Disappointed!
