NOT HAPPY STILL WAITING

So, was approved for a loan on Saturday. I've been advised it's on the payout stage since then, advised that someone has to call me before funds can be transferred. Been waiting. Every time I call the loan dep, they advise that they will escalate further. When I ask when will I be called, the answer is ' I don't know, I just work at the help desk office' really??? If we are applying for these things via apps and eliminating going to the branch, is this not supposed to be worthwhile? Meaning that the TAT should be faster as you've stated it's 24-48hours. We're on day 4 now.
