Not happy

I have been trying tio get some feed back on my debit card ***** all day. The last phone call was 32min of sitting on hold, that was the last of 5 calls so far. The secure chat isn't much better, i keep explaining to a person, then i either get transferred or I get the message of please be patient, followed by we haven't had a response and good bye . Not happy
