Not happy

Goodmorning.I have a problem with Fnb bank,i sent an eewallet on the ewallet on the 30/04/2023 to my daughter we tried to withdraw it but it failed.I then sent another ewallet to a different number and it was redeemed.

My problem is that last week money was showing on history and from yesterday its not.And it shows there is no money. As little as it is i feel that Fnb is ****ming me &when i texted them via the App they show no interest.

Whats concerning me is that my 200 is missing and when i bought grocery month end i paid R4600 at Makro,days after i saw that the bank charged me 200,when i enquired they said"as the merchant do not bank the same day,money will be reserved for a banking day.

When i bought grocery i had enough money on my account how is it possible that the bank had to pay for me,i dont know maybe i do not understand the logistic behind.

But i think someone took my ewallet at Fnb and made it seem it was withdrawn and **** about paying Makro the R200.What a strange coincidence.

Hellopeter i trust you will help me with my complaint,yiu have done it before.
