Not happy

FNB is the worst bank when dealing with *****s The call center agents are not helpful they are rude and they will keep online for hours by transferring you non stop. They don't know their jobs They are rude I repeat rude. When it comes to ***** one must follow up because the fnb employees don't give feedback.
