Not happy at all

Good day all. I’ve had an issue with retrieving my funds out of FNB. I’ve been told to contact a certain individual which I have been trying to do for months, I’ve tried calling all sorts of different departments and individuals but keep getting reverted back to the individual who won’t provide me feedback. I’ve been requesting whatever it is that I need to forward in order to retrieve my remaining balance from FNB. I have all client receipts and proof of payments. It’s incredibly disheartening being treated in this manner. I’m sitting at a huge loss as I have my funds locked in with FNB and I’ve already sold what clients have requested. Individuals within FNB have asked him to provide me with the relevant feedback to retrieve my funds however he’s not responding. I need this to be escalated so I can receive the relevant information in order to retrieve my funds.
