Not happy at all!!

I have been asking FNB for months now why am I being debited twice for something I paid for a week ago, the explanation makes no sense to me. As if I have control over why different stores merchants do their banking a week later. It looks more like the customer is being punished instead of how things used to be where when I buy something today, the money goes off today as is should be. Why do we have pending transaction or purchases?

Then today I transferred money from my credit card to my cheque account because I only had my cheque card on me to pay my bills, I find the funds I transferred nowhere to be seen how does R3 **0 just disappear like that? When I ask why the funds do not appear on my side (available funds) I am told that the money has been used. How when all my debit orders are supposed to have gone off yesterday the 24th Feb 2025!! Where are these invisible hidden debits handing from? Nothing adds up…!!! I am not happy at all!! This is why I left Standard Bank for... Unexplained disappearance of my hard earned monies... Blaming it on service fees is not enough...
