Not happy at all

Boitumelo mashele from fnb ***** department blocked my ewallet services since June 2022. I've been trying to get hold of her or him since, everytime I call fnb I've been told she doesn't have a phone line but she's the only one who can assist or unblock my ewallet. I've went to the branch several times with no luck of being helped with my issue. So really I don't know what to do anymore
