Not happy at all

I have a bond with Fnb which I have been paying for the past 9 years. I have never missed not even 1 payment in all these years. I am even paying more than what I am supposed to because I don't want to mess up with my payments. I have recently made a Re-Advance application because I wanted to do some renovations in my house. They declined my application because I missed 1 payment with Presles, which I now finished paying by the way, and ADT which there was a reasonable explanation for not paying. I feel that this is unfair treatment from Fnb because I have been a loyal customer to them for all these years, the way I am so annoyed I am even considering moving my bond elsewhere to a place where I will be treated better.
