Not happy
I am still waiting on FNB to reply to my mail sent to them on Tuesday. It is lockdown and won't have a steady income as my wife will not earn a salary for the lockdown period. I explained this in my email. I was still debited as I requested a 3 month break. My bond is paid up to date with no defaults. I really do need this as it will be a great help. My other friends with different banks advised they received breaks on their bonds. I received no feedback and nit even a call.

Are there no other way to assist me besides completing the forms. You have all my account details and can also see my debits. Thanks so much
