Not happy

FNB, FNB is really like to think this bank is a ****, on Thursday I used a Branch ATM to withdraw my last ewallet, I requested for he money and it said it was comin, then guess what happened after that the machine said device recovery in progress no money came out. Immediately I checked my ewallet and no money was there anymore. Went in the bank the following day to file a report and claim my money which now I have to wait not knowing when my money will be returned back to me. Imagine now I have to wait for my money whereas I needed the money urgently
