Not getting service and rude

I'm in Belleville branch now I'm really not happy by the staff they refuse to help me they say if I can use the computer they have got nothing to do about that , they say I must do the service by my self and they are very rude I'm asking for in charge person they say he or she is not here , and the very rude lady is Xoli and now I'm here waiting for the one who is in charge she or he still not here , and I don't have money to go to another branch now
